Refund policy

At BEI Fashions, we want you to love what you received. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

RETURN WINDOW
You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags intact.

WHAT CAN BE RETURNED
✅ Defective or damaged items (manufacturing fault)
✅ Wrong item delivered (wrong size, colour, or product)
✅ Items significantly different from the product listing

❌ Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
❌ Returns due to change of mind or incorrect size ordered — please check our size chart carefully before purchasing
❌ Items purchased during a sale or with a discount code

SIZE EXCHANGES
We offer one free size exchange per order within 15 days of delivery, subject to stock availability.

To request an exchange:
1. WhatsApp us at the number on your order confirmation with your order number and the size you need.
2. Ship the item back to us (return shipping is borne by the customer for size exchanges).
3. We will dispatch the new size within 3–5 business days of receiving your return.

HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN
1. Email beifashions360@gmail.com or WhatsApp us within 7 days of delivery.
2. Share your order number and clear photos of the issue.
3. Our team will respond within 24–48 hours.
4. Once approved, we will arrange a pickup or provide the return address.

REFUNDS
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of us receiving the item. Refunds are issued to the original payment method (UPI, card, or netbanking via Razorpay). Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
