BEI Fashions ships pan-India to all major cities, towns, and PIN codes.

PROCESSING TIME
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES
Standard Delivery: 5–7 business days after dispatch
Express Delivery (select pin codes): 2–3 business days after dispatch

Delivery timelines may vary during sale periods, festivals, or in remote areas.

SHIPPING CHARGES
Free shipping on all orders above ₹599.
A flat shipping fee of ₹59 applies to orders below ₹599.

SHIPPING PARTNERS
We ship via trusted courier partners including Delhivery, Shiprocket, and India Post. A tracking link will be sent to your registered email and WhatsApp number once your order is dispatched.

ORDER TRACKING
You can track your order using the link in your dispatch confirmation message. If you face any issues with tracking, contact us at beifashions360@gmail.com.

FAILED DELIVERIES
If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address or unavailability, the courier will attempt redelivery. After 2 failed attempts, the order may be returned to us. Re-dispatch charges will apply.

DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
If your order arrives damaged, please photograph the package before opening and contact us within 48 hours of delivery at beifashions360@gmail.com.
